Who we are
Livingstone Estates Nigeria Limited is an integrated real estate company. We have a thorough understanding of land in Nigeria and specialise in acquisition, estate management and turnkey projects, with a team of qualified Nigerian and expatriate professionals.

Port Harcourt
The future heart of Port Harcourt
We began in the Igbo-Etche axis, acquiring about 100 hectares in what we believed would become the future heart of Port Harcourt. About 70 hectares were parcelled into more than 550 service plots of 100 × 100 ft (930 m²) for the Livingstone Estates Home Owners (LEHA), 90% of them oil-industry professionals. Phases I to V and Kingscourt are all fully subscribed.

We followed the growth east along the Lekki Peninsula, acquiring about 150 hectares, and we are still acquiring.
